Mission Statement

The Walla Walla Watershed Alliance is a broad-based bi-state organization of basin partners working collaboratively to enhance the environmental, economic, and cultural health of the Walla Walla Basin for future generations.

Alliance activities will include, the following issues related to water and our watershed:

Serving as a portal for bi-state stakeholder involvement ;
Advocating for innovation in water and fish restoration efforts;
Promoting basinwide cooperation among Tribal, agricultural and business interests;
Providing a forum for networking and outreach; and,
Upholding the basin’s voice in out-of-basin communication to potential funding sources and legislative bodies.

The Walla Walla Promise

On this day, March 8, 2002, the undersigned pledge to work together, within the forum of the Walla Walla Watershed Alliance, to restore and maintain the ecological, cultural, and economic health of the Walla Walla Basin.
